Earlier versions of the I10 lift only had 5 bolt holes in the base plate at the bottom of the column.
The current version of the I10 lift has 6 bolt holes.
Does the I10 come with a 6 hole baseplate? I had a Forward lift in my barn before and it had a 6 hole pattern. Forward Lift I10 Two Post Lift 10,000 lbs. Capacity
