We carry many different brands of lifts, and the concrete requirements are the same for all brands for 9 and 10,000 lb capacity lifts.
The minimum concrete requirements for the XPR-9TF lift is 4.25" thick, at 3,000 psi hardness, covering the entire bay that the lift occupies.
Must be level, and no significant cracks, or stress cuts near where the anchor bolts go.
