Here is response from the manufacturer -
I emailed the support, he stated that he AF7 is a US motor, formerly Emerson, and is made in Mexico. The brand of pump is unknown to us but it is imported from Asia.
what motor is used on the compressor Atlas AF7 Two Stage 5HP 80 Gallon Air Compressor
